winter storm austin cleared out late yesterday and another storm began this morning around 9. the forecast was predicting 4-8" on top of the 10" we already got so as soon as the snow started falling t and i headed out to play. after bundling up and clearing off the car we made a mad dash to true value to score her a new sled. hurd park has become our local stomping ground over the past few years and we knew its many woodsy hills would make for killer sledding...providing we steered clear of the trees! we hit the hills at hurd for a solid hour and then proceeded to head to my folks place to play with Karli and do a little snow blowing for them. it was a super fun sunday playing out in the snow! more photos were shot and some video too! you know we don't leave home without a camera...so click here and check out the day on film.
