: saturday adventures

wow, t and i did a ton of exploring yesterday and it was super fun! we were out the door at 8:30am and in the woods at the salmon river state forest by 9. we shot film and hiked the forest for 2 hours before meeting up with my dad and karli. we hung out and watched karli play in dickinson creek for a while and then headed back out to explore. we made our way back to portland and hiked into the airline trail to explore some old tunnels and acreage we really haven't hiked before. t and i took a late afternoon break, headed out for a mexican dinner around 5, and were back in the woods of the lower salmon river area in moodus by 6:30. all in all it was a busy day of finding new trails, seeing new sights, and playing in the woods like little kids!
