: flood fools

so apparently the relaxing thing to do on your lunch break in rocky hill is pull your vehicle right up to the flooded rivers edge down at the ferry landing. personally i think that is a little too close for comfort, especially with full on trees and other debris floating down stream. i sat about 200 yards away with my fingers crossed hoping a tidal wave ripped up the river or a sea creature surfaced and swallowed either vehicle whole. damn wishful thinking!
