: "mural battle"

last night was the "mural battle" at eli's and it was a total success. both lolli and myself created rad pieces and had a good time. matt chose to go the paint & marker route, while I chose colored duct tape and black acrylic paint. there wasn't much of a battle taking place, both of us were in the "art zone" and focusing on our work. thanks to the folks at eli's for giving us the opportunity to get artsy on the patio. in addition, thanks to all our friends who showed up to check out the event and support us. with any luck, we'll be creating more pieces at eli's in the future. i posted a few photos that t and i took over on my flickr and matt has some photos over on his blog. check 'em out!
