: sunday funday

i was up extra early this morning and decided to brave the 20 degree temperatures and go for a walk at sun up. i headed over to hurd park at 7am and trounced around the woods for an hour or so. the connecticut river has flooded its banks due to all the rain this week so i was shooting some photos by the waters edge. this afternoon t and i visited my folks for a bit and then headed to providence. i spotted a huge hawk along rt. 66 in colchester on our way east...amazing! we walked around thayer street in providence for a bit before getting a surprise invite to t's folks for a lasagna dinner. can't pass up yummy food, so we headed further east for dinner. as usual, i shot some photos which can be viewed here.
