: trying to focus in this blur!

wow, we're halfway through september and i'm still stuck in like june!!! somebody please stop time or add another 12 hours to the day! this past 3.5 day weekend in boston was pure warp speed. so good to see hebrank and meet up with todd lambright and albie rock...amazing artists!...but man, where did the time go? i had somewhat of an epiphany this weekend, a realization that i need more "down time"...more time on the bike, more time behind the camera lens, more time behind the canvas, more time with t out in nature, more time out of the artificial lighting and recycled air! i will admit albie had a little to do with this self check. the dude works 30 hours a week as an artist, makes the $$$, and spends the rest of his time loving life and having fun. i need some of that! one week till we leave to las vegas for interbike 2008 and the crossvegas race. man, i am not prepared for vegas at all. after taking 3 weeks off the bike due to injury my fitness is questionable, my funds are low, and my mental gas tank is running on empty...i'm stuck in zombie mode. the 9-5 is choking me out and mother nature is reeling in the sunshine around 6:45 these days cutting into my play time...seasonal affective disorder is setting in way early this year!!! blah, i need a vacation from me. i'm thinking something like the switch made in "big", the classic tom hanks movie. anybody want to trade bodies for a few months. where can i find zandar? :)
