: powerless

so mother nature decided to send a quick ripper through connecticut chock full of thunder, lightning, and wind! the power went out a little after midnight and i'm not going to lie, i felt totally helpless. i never realized how pathetic i am; how much i depend on modern technologies. no air conditioner, no internet, no radio, no tv...just me, my cycling head lamp, and my camera playing in the darkness. i was rocking out "little house on the prairie" style with candles lit all over the house. i shot a few timed exposures out the front window of my bedroom, check 'em out here.
