: viva las vegas

i just returned home from my 4th annual trip to las vegas for interbike...the international bicycle expo. i had a great time and took a ton of photos which you can check out here.

i also shot a bunch of cycling related photos that can be seen over at the ccns pedal power cycling team blog.

: fall is here

i spent today enjoying the great weather as the 1st day of fall is finally here. i started the day with a 35 mile bike ride, t and i had an amazing lunch at ion, and we headed to lyman's orchards to pick apples. fun and relaxing, just the way it should be. i took a few random shots last night and today which I have posted here. this will be my last post until i return from my trip to las vegas for interbike 2007. expect tons of rad photos and stories galore in a week. until then, have fun and don't take life too seriously!!!

: tragically beautiful

the photo below is of a tragic collision in which 2 pilots died...but i think the photo itself if mind blowing!!! look at the fluids splashing, the shrapnel flying, the propeller still in motion...nuts!!! i love photography. its all about being at the right place at the right time when shooting. when viewing photos you're seeing things through other peoples eyes.

ok, i have been hearing a lot of hype about this new cadbury chocolates commerical and i had to see for myself what it was all about. i must say, it is a really random commercial, but i did almost piss my pants the first few times i watched it. plus, phil collins is rad!

: a day of nothing

i've been really runned down lately and decided to escape from everything by just relaxing today. no work, no riding, no BS...just chilling out! with that said, i decided to exert a little energy and post a few photos from the airline trail that t and i have been riding. check out the photos here. i'm headed back to the couch and "metal cowboy", a great book if you are a bike nerd like me.

: laborless labor day weekend

this weeked was the most fun i've had in a while! the weather was unbelievable! tina and i headed up to rhode island on friday afternoon for 3 days of relaxation, good food, and lots of good times. i don't know where to begin? we ate like kings...fresh seafood, amazing tempeh wraps, homemade ice cream, bagels right out of the oven, mrs. m's peach cake....mmmm! we rode a ton making our way through 4 towns, around colt state park and to an amesome farm. t already has almost 50 miles on her new bike! waterfire in providence saturday night was great. alright, i could go on forever...you get the point...the weekend was ideal! take a look at the 5 dozen photos I shot, click here
